This Policy Center was created to provide a central information center for associates to understand policies applicable to them and their role at NMG.  Over time, we plan to make this Policy Center as comprehensive as possible.  All associates must abide by all of the policies included in this Policy Center (except to the extent that any policy states limitations or exceptions on applicability or is in conflict with state or local law or an applicable collective bargaining agreement). If you do not understand your obligations under any given policy, it is your responsibility to ask your leader, a member of People Services, or the Chief Compliance Officer, for clarification and/or direction.
